Job Description:

Designation : Inside Sales Executive

Salary : 4LPA

Shift Timings : Night Shifts (Only Male candidates as no cabs provided)

1. The candidate must be a self-motivated, energetic and a great attitude
2. Have a flair for sales with 0- 6 months of outbound telesales experience preferably in the IT sector and US market.
3. Good communication skills is an absolute must.
4. High level of interpersonal skills as the position continually requires demonstrated poise, initiative, tact, and diplomacy.
5. Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
6. Continual attention to detail in meeting deadlines and understanding priorities.
7. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
8. Having Marketing knowledge and/or experience would be a plus.
9. Candidate must be ready to work in the U.S.shifts

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling to establish connects with appropriate CIOs, VPs, Directors, QA Managers of ISVs, Industry verticals for understanding customer IT landscape
• Cold call on an existing / new database of clients/prospects with a view of generating qualified appointments/ teleconferences for the Trigents Sales team

Educational Criteria :

• Good Academic scores throughout
• MBA or equivalent from any reputed institute
• Experience : Fresher or 6 Months
